Showing Up for You

In full transparency, the past couple of weeks have pulled me into a deep and quieter self-inquiry. It has been a time of inward process with less desire and inspiration to share outwardly.

A time of less is more and a shift in focus on the whole as I assess and re-evaluate my own life at this juncture and how to best be of service to the collective.

This is not new territory for me, as my birthday falls during the month of November and, in typical Scorpio fashion, always ushers me into a time of introspection.

Here in Colorado, the weather has paralleled my choice and emotional state moving from an absolutely glorious, crisp Fall to frigid Winter to crunchy, brown late Fall all in a matter of 48 hours. Mother Nature, the planetary shifts, and the natural descent towards darker and darker days are all encouraging this pull IN and DOWN.

Scorpio season is all about embracing the darkness, our shadows. So many fear this time and experience yet, if we can fully surrender into it, open ourselves to what lies beneath the surface, and embrace whatever is alive for us in this moment in time, we can receive tremendous insight into the whole of who we are.

Do not fear the darkness.

Embrace and trust yourself exactly where you are in your own journey and path of life.

We can learn how to show up for ourselves in any state that we may reside in and move through the world in integrity and aligned in our authenticity and truth.

No one can do this work for us. No one can dictate to us how we “should” be or how we “should” move through our lives.

This is an inside job…a deep intimacy with ourselves that is unexplainable in words to another, yet can emanate through how we show up in our lives.

The world is excruciating right now on so many levels. Any of you whom are empathic can, without out a doubt, feel the magnitude of pain that is prevalent. I know I certainly do.

It is easy to feel despair over all that is unfolding….I definitely have moments of this. We can feel so helpless as to what to do and how to best show up right now.

What I continuously return to, is how critical it is to show up for ourselves, first and foremost, so that we may show up for others. That this piece alone will create ripples in the whole…beginning within ourselves, our intimate family unit, and our communities.

Every gesture of care and love that you offer your own self has impact.

I truly, genuinely hope that this message inspires you to take action on your own behalf. To turn within and not fear the darkness. To embrace exactly where you are and to hold your own self close as the world around us churns in darkness, fear, anger, and conflict. To focus on what you can do and grasp in your life and in yourself, rather than all that is not in your control or out of reach.

The more resourced and grounded we can become in ourselves, the stronger our container is so as to continuously rise up, open up, grow, heal, and show up for ourselves.

We need all hearts on board to navigate these waters. Please take good care of yourselves and be kind to others. The levels of sensitivity right now are high to say the least. Every single human is feeling something around this unfolding and we must hold some semblance of compassion for each individuals experience….with fierce and loving boundaries, of course.

As always, I am here for any support and/or connection.

Sending loads of love out to any of you whom may need it in this moment.
