In Support of Humanity ~ Women in Community

I returned home, just over a week ago, after having the fortuity of leading another potent women’s retreat at Joyful Journey Hot Springs in the stunning San Luis Valley here in Colorado.

This retreat, was unique in its own rite, as they always are, bringing women from all walks of life, backgrounds, pasts, and experiences. These women were real, inspiring, hilarious, vulnerable, caring, loving, BRAVE, and beautiful individuals.

Our shared humanity was magnified as the barriers of our individual life situations was lifted and we dropped into our bodies and our hearts.

Laughter permeated through the weekend intermixed with raw emotion, tears of pain and progress, vulnerability on a soul level, and the softening and opening into new possibilities of living and being.

These events are *always* life-altering and soul-stirring.  They have the potential propel next level growth and immeasurable healing for all involved.

The transition back is generally a bit sticky, as the world around us has not changed, yet we have. There is always an adjustment period of finding new ground in midst of the harshness of the outside world, life's responsibilities, and varying human interactions.

I find myself on a deeper probe of how to keep the momentum of this rich, transformational, and empowering experience alive, so as to continue to be in service and support to the whole of humanity.

How to keep this stream of possibility, of inspiration, of change, of growth, of healing in our consciousness while navigating the density of these times and our “real life” lives?

I know, for myself, my mission to bring women together in sacred spaces is magnified. I am enlivened in my quest to reach women globally and provide the platform for each one to connect from their hearts, be vulnerable, be held and seen for exactly who they are…..to support humanity one circle at a time.

To uplift and empower women everywhere to take the leap necessary to create new ridges in their state of being.

To provide the space and potential for a deepening of one’s process of life, to shed perhaps another layer that has prevented their ability to be present in themselves and with their lives.

And, I am well aware that being able to go on retreat is a tremendous privilege. I feel pulled to continue to create these spaces for women to access themselves in moments in midst of life.

I am moved from the depths of me to support others in learning how to bring this magic and medicine of retreat into their day-to-day lives. In simple, yet profound ways

The questions that I am asking myself, that I invite you to join me in your own inquiry are:

  • How can we create those moments of pause and inner connection in midst of our day-to-day?

  • How can we interrupt the cycles of habitual busyness, being in “go mode” while living our full lives and meeting our adult responsibilities?

  • What can we do to create these opportunities more regularly?

Naturally, retreat cannot happen every weekend and, for some, is never in the cards of possibility.  Yet, knowing how crucial these experiences are, I am committed to offering various circles and programs in support of this need. Environments and opportunities for women to come together in community for connection, for witness, for a safe landing pad.

I believe that this is my mission in life and I am following it.

Please see below the various opportunities to commune, to “retreat”, to heal and grow…together.

With so much swirling on a global level, the feeling of powerlessness can be overwhelming. Yet, perhaps if anything that my message today can give you is the reminder that what we do have power over is our own inner world.

We have the power to heal ourselves from the inside out, to access our own beautiful bodies and hearts, and to tend to ourselves with consciousness, presence, care, and with the utmost compassion.

What *can* you do to take essential steps in your life towards healing, growth, and change? What level of support do you need to implement to create these new pathways?

Doing our personal work, in any capacity, is in support of the whole. Turning towards ourselves and digging in, healing, and growing from our hearts is medicine for humanity.

Choosing, repeatedly, to not allow the traumas and dramas of the past to dictate our present and future, is empowerment from within and will uplift humanity.

Your path is yours and yours alone.

Tuning into what you need for you to unwind from life’s tensions, unlearn the false belief systems and stories of the past, so that you may land in the present moment with the whole of YOU on board.

Sending you all my sincerest love, gratitude, and compassion along your own journey of this wild,  human, feeling life.

I am always out here for support and/or connection.  Reach out anytime!
