What is Body-Centered Holistic Coaching?
Body-Centered Holistic Coaching is a deeply attuned, relational process of healing and transformation.
This work invites you back into connection with your inner world — your sensations, emotions, intuition, patterns, and truth — so you can move through life from a place of grounded presence rather than reactivity, fear, or old survival strategies.
In our sessions, we slow down and listen to what is happening inside you in real time.
We work gently and consistently with:
Somatic awareness and inner tracking
Nervous system regulation and resourcing
Trauma-informed emotional processing
Reflective dialogue and guided inquiry
Spiritual and intuitive insight
I draw from many modalities, but I never use a one-size-fits-all approach.
I meet you exactly where you are — moment by moment — so that your healing unfolds in a way that is natural, grounded, and sustainable.
This work is not about fixing or pushing your way to a new version of yourself.
It is about remembering who you are and learning to live from that place — clear, rooted, and deeply connected to yourself.
In our work together, you’ll learn how to listen to your body with compassion, curiosity, and love. It’s a process of peeling back layers of stress, fear, and tension, allowing you to reclaim your personal power and live in greater alignment with your true self.

Our work together is relational, attuned, and centered in the present moment. I meet you exactly where you are — whether you are tender and unraveling, strong and clear, or somewhere in between. Some sessions are spacious, gentle, and deeply nourishing. Others are direct, clarifying, and create real movement and change.
There is no forcing, fixing, or rushing here.
We listen to what is true in your body, your emotional landscape, your patterns, and your boundaries — and we work from that place. The process is steady, compassionate, and rooted in your lived experience.
Healing becomes possible when you no longer have to do it alone — when you are met.

This work unfolds over time.
It takes presence, trust, continuity, and relationship — which is why I ask for a 3-month commitment when we begin. This gives your system space to soften and open, and allows our work to take root in a sustainable way.
After those first three months, we continue month-to-month based on your needs, your rhythm, and the natural pace of your unfolding.
You’ll also receive access to supportive integration practices and resources along the way — to anchor your work beyond our sessions.

Through deepening self-awareness of your true self and inner workings, we’ll begin the process of unraveling habitual patterns and stories and take consistent steps forward along your life path with integrity, clarity, strength, power, and an embodied connection.
Identify root issues that have become embedded in your body and psyche for years or even decades to gain a grasp on what it is that needs focus and attention in our work together.
Utilize your relationship for the highest good beginning with the relationship to yourself that leads to personal growth and the improvement of your relationship with others.
Learn to work with your body through recognizing its connection to your healing and open up the channels of communication throughout your entire system.
Tap into the power of your mind using this powerful tool to heal, grow, and change. Invoke the life-changing practice of meditation combined with the power of neuroplasticity to retrain your thoughts within intention so you can make the shifts necessary to create outer change.
As you deepen on your path, you’ll gain a perspective on your patterns and your ways of moving through life so that you can make choices that enhance your state of being rather than suppress it.
We’ll work together to develop your self-care as your unique rhythm of practice, attuning yourself on a deeper level as to what care means for you, listening to the call, and honoring that which you are being moved towards.
During your journey, we’ll use regression as a reminder. While it is normal to experience some regression, we can remember what actually feels aligned and "good" for us and we can make the choice to pivot at any given moment.
We will focus on nourishment beyond your physical needs, encompassing everyday, small moments in your life from relationships to your conversations to your environment.
At any given moment, you’ll discover than you can choose to create new pathways in your ways of living and being. With this work, as each layer is revealed we become more intimate with what that looks and feels like for us as individuals.
