Rising Into Self in Community:

A Women's Retreat for Embodied Renewal

April 30th - May 2nd, 2027 | Friday 5:00pm – Sunday 11:00am

with Alison Rothman

Spring invites us to awaken to new possibilities, to welcome the quiet stirrings of growth, and to trust what is beginning to emerge within us. It reminds us that renewal doesn't happen all at once. Like the earth softening after winter, we can open gently to change, nurture what feels alive, and make room for new beginnings.

Rising Into Self in Community:

Is an invitation to reconnect with your body, honor your inner rhythms, and explore what is ready to unfold in this season of your life. Together, we will create space for embodied renewal, deeper self-trust, and the kind of connection that allows us to feel seen, supported, and free to grow into who we are becoming.

The Experience

The retreat weaves together a thoughtful and supportive curriculum designed to meet women where they are—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Practices will include:

  • Embodied and unwinding yoga

  • Quiet meditation and nervous system support

  • Reflective writing and self-inquiry

  • Safe women’s circles and shared dialogue

  • Dance and intuitive movement

  • Ceremony and seasonal ritual

  • Time for rest, integration, and connection with nature

Each element is offered with care, choice, and spaciousness, honoring the unique rhythms and needs of each woman.

Who this journey is for…

This retreat welcomes women at any stage of life who feel called to:

  • Slow down and come home to themselves

  • Move their bodies and energy through various embodiment practices

  • Be held in safe, intentional community

  • Navigate transition, change, or quiet inner inquiry

  • Reconnect with their body as a source of wisdom

  • Bring deeper meaning to the seasonal transitions

  • Find that exhale in midst of the swirls of everyday life

  • Explore new practices to enhance their lives

No prior experience with yoga, dance, or embodiment practices is required.

Why this retreat? Why now?

Life can pull us away from ourselves as we care for others, meet expectations, and navigate the constant demands of everyday life. Over time, we can lose touch with our bodies, our inner wisdom, and the parts of ourselves longing for more space to breathe and grow.

Spring offers an invitation to pause, reconnect, and listen to what is ready to emerge. Rather than pushing for change, we can soften into the process of becoming, honoring where we are while making room for new possibilities.

In the supportive company of other women, this retreat offers space to slow down, deepen your connection with yourself, and rediscover the strength and wisdom that come from being truly seen, supported, and connected.

Private Room – Single Occupancy (Private Bath) - Limited Availability

• $1,400 per person

Enjoy your own private room with a queen or full bed and a private bathroom. A small number of single rooms are available for those who prefer additional personal space during the retreat and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

**We are highly encouraging women to share rooms for this retreat as the center is small with limited rooms. This also helps to support community building and connection! If you are joining us alone, we are happy to pair you with another woman to share space with.
