For the Good of All

I don’t know about you, but I genuinely want my fellow humans to feel powerful in themselves and confident in their lives. I sincerely, with an open heart and best intentions, love to see and feel my colleagues thriving in their businesses and creating positive impact on others

I truly feel and believe that we, as humans, have a deep and palpable connection. That when one person is successful in what they are working on personally and/or professionally, when one person feels upright in themselves, when one person makes potent changes and heals a dysfunctional pattern in their being, the rest of us feel it and benefit.

Last week we dove into the waters of loving oneself and all of the varying flavors of who we are.  Crucial to living a life of integrity, alignment in truth, and embodiment of the whole of us.

Doing that work of loving our whole, true selves is imperative, yes, but then what? We just exist in our own little bubble of love and keep it all to ourselves?

Sure, it is important to marinate in the love of self, but then, to me, it is about how we show up in the world.

Are we able to maintain that inner experience of love and ripple it out to the whole? How do we treat others whom we encounter? What are our motivations in our interactions?

While it is impossible to *always* be anything -- live in any one particular state and/or operate in just one way -- as humans, we naturally fluctuate. Yet, we can build new muscles of living, being, interacting, and moving through the world that can be not only good for US but, rather, good for ALL.

It is possible.

We can create new pathways in ourselves that ripple out to the whole…for the good of all.

We can meet ourselves from this loving place and meet each other with genuine love, care, and compassion.

Both are possible.

In a world so divided…leaking into communities, social media platforms, families, and relationships….What can you do to pivot in a direction that honors your own process of healing, growing, and unfolding, while simultaneously looking outward at others with encouragement and care?

I truly believe that if we are only focused on moving the needle forward in our own lives, we are fragmented. We are out of alignment and integrity.

To cultivate the insight and experience of becoming genuinely and wholeheartedly ecstatic for others in their growth and becoming, is high level work.

This message is by no means intending to ensue shame or guilt or judgment. This is an opportunity to get real and honest about how we move through the world and what our impact is. Are we pro-self or are we pro-all?  And, can we possibly be both

Can we soften our armor and connect with others out of genuine support?
Can we melt our hearts and turn towards one another in love, in solidarity, with vulnerability and care?
Can we hold each other in that vision of encouragement and uprising in beautiful ways and let go of the comparison and competition?

How can we open the bubbles of our lives and let each other in just for the sake of rooting on another human?  What can you do to contribute to the whole, keeping an inward gaze on yourself yet lifting it to meet each other?

Can we offer each other grace and empathy along their path of life honoring that everyone is on their own unique journey?

And, if you are someone who is really struggling, please reach out. There is so much support available. If my work is not a fit for you, I have a plethora of professionals that I would feel confident referring you to.

May we bring consciousness to our interactions and remember that our impact is important. May we choose to spread genuine love amongst humanity creating ripples for the good of all.
