A Moment of Gratitude and Offering

Today is the last day of 2025!

Hard to even belief, yet the shift in energy to this new year is palpable (and dare I say exciting!). I don't buy the belief of a complete rebirth at the turn of the year, but what I do believe is that we can extract all that we have learned in the past year… The lessons and opportunities and successes and failures and speed bumps and pivots and bring them into our intentions for the new year ahead.

We can extract all that we have learned  about ourselves and life and bring them forward. We can settle into our bodies  and feel the magnitude of the journey that we have been on the past 12 months  and consciously choose to step into the new year in alignment… with what feels true for us now.

As we pivot into this new year, I just wanted to take a moment and express my gratitude for this growing and evolving community. For your continued openness in digesting my messages week-after-week. This year I went from writing every other week to (mostly) weekly… it was a huge adjustment for me but felt aligned with my purpose and passion.

As 2026 unfolds, I’m letting Embody Life evolve naturally. The container remains constant, while the expressions within it continue to grow, shift, and deepen. At the heart of it all, I remain here…present, connected, and in support.

Working one-on-one with me, either virtually or in person, is a unique and deeply healing experience. The work is not for everyone, but for those who do make the choice to dive in and commit, life shifts and changes in profound and miraculous ways. I would be honored to connect in this way if you are moved to in the coming year. https://www.embodymylife.com/blog

I will leave you with a few inspiring quotes that are speaking to my heart in the moment during this transition. I hope that they inspire and light a flame in you as well.

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”

~Mary Oliver

"I have learned you are never too small to make a difference."

~~Greta Thunberg

“One individual cannot possibly make a difference, alone. It is individual efforts, collectively, that makes a noticeable difference - all the difference in the world!”

~Jane Goodall

And, if you are new here and/or are looking for some inspiration for your life path and experience, I have hundreds of past reflections that I would imagine could resonate with a piece of where you are in your life.
