Leaning In
In midst of all of life's ups and downs of this past week, including a health crisis with my mother, a devastating fire in the sweet mountain town right up the hill from our home (and one that we have frequented for the past 25+ years), teenage shenanigans, and I can't leave out....menopause (!)...I moved my office across town!
(NEW OFFICE Coaching Special below!!)
An exciting move for me into this cozy, healing, warm, and welcoming new space (with purple walls!)...and, as with all moves, quite consuming. This space is in the outskirts of town, tucked into a yoga and pilates studio (The Nest) and feels like a wonderful place for my business to land for the next while.
And...it has been a ride!
In the midst of all of the swirls, the clearest message rising in me this week is the call to meet ourselves exactly where we are.
Life, in its ever-changing rhythm, continually offers opportunities for our growth and healing.
To me, we have 2 options: We can resist the unfolding and abandon ourselves OR we can stay close to ourselves, lean in, and meet each moment with presence, curiosity, presence, and connection.
Perhaps this finds you at a crossroads in your life, work, and/or relationship, or navigating an unexpected challenge, or taking bold steps in a direction that you know you need to, or digging deep into your own well of courage to meet whatever flavor of life is being presented to you....etc etc....
Wherever you may be, can you lean into it? Can you choose to stay close to yourself? Can you soften and tend to your body and heart in a way that supports your growth and evolution?
That's all for this week. A simple, yet powerful message and shift in perspective. Stay close to yourselves as you navigate this wild human life. Do not abandon your own bodies and hearts. Pour on the self-love, compassion, and empathy for yourselves and each other.
And seek support if you need it!! I am always out here for connection and to hold the space of therapeutic support. You are not alone.
Take good care of yourselves and be kind to each other.
