The Courage to Be You
Before I launch into this week’s material, I wanted to take a moment to thank each of you for being on this journey with me. These times have created such deep wedges and separation amongst communities and families.
I am grateful to have this platform to stay in connection and to work towards building conscious community and aligned support for those who are needing that lifeline and affirmation of their human experiences.
For those of you who are new here, welcome! You can find all the past writing and sharing HERE… I am hopeful that there is something in there for everyone.
I’ve been writing and blogging for decades, and I know themes often return in new ways. After last week’s offering, many of you reached out with words of thanks for my courage in speaking my truth.
I’m deeply grateful—for your presence, your reflections, and for the privilege of being in service and support through this work.
The theme today of being our courageous selves does overlap with a blog post I wrote many years ago called “Be Yourself" and another one called "Being Your Authentic Self". I’m sharing it again, as it’s woven with insights, lifestyle practices, and inspiration to support your path.
The message this week is intentionally brief and succinct. It is the simple acknowledgement that it takes so much courage for us to be our full, authentic, truthful, and aligned selves.
And I believe that what the world needs now more than ever is exactly that. People rising and living their lives emanating truth, authenticity, vulnerability and unwavering integrity and alignment in who they are.
We also need those places and connections where we can drop into that space of courageous authenticity and be ourselves.
My heart is still humming from this past weekend’s POP UP Event, where 17 beautiful and courageous women gathered to dance, share, laugh, cry, and connect. There is so much more to come in that spirit.
This work is not just an offering but a devotion—an ever-growing commitment to create spaces where women from all walks of life can gather, in ways that feel nourishing and true for them. It matters deeply to me that these circles are accessible, whether in person or from afar.
For those who cannot join in the room, I am weaving together online dance and circle opportunities, so that the ripple of connection and transformation can reach beyond walls and borders, physical and financial.
With that in mind, please see below for upcoming retreats and dance experiences (and stay tuned—another Sunday POP UP will be announced soon!).
Let us do what we must to stand tall, stay in alignment, and remain tethered—to our own hearts and to the communities that help us remember who we are.
Thank you for being on this journey with me.
I am grateful to be here with you.
I am always out here for support and connection. Please do not hesitate to reach out!
Take good care of yourselves and be kind to each other.
